We offer a beautiful smoke free apartment community for persons 62 years of age or older, conveniently located in a quiet country setting near the intersection of Wilson's Mills Rd and Durwood Stephenson Highway in West Smithfield. We offer one bedroom and open floor plan (efficiency) apartments. Rental assistance is available for qualified applicants and rents are based on income. Certain income limits apply.
